Residential, commercial, industrial, or public - our turntables can provide years of safe, maintenance-free operation, and are easy to install (with or without on-site technical support.)

We have standard diameters of 6 feet to 20 feet, and custom sizes up to (and beyond) 50 feet.  Standard heights are from a low of 6" up to 24", and capacities up to 12,000 lbs.  Custom designs can offer up to 100,00 lbs capacities.

All our motors are inverter duty 3-phase, and are accompanied by a special controller, which will accept manual, PLC, or computer input for speed and direction.  Fully programmable speed, direction, and indexing is also available. If desired, we can bring power, signal (AV or computer), compressed air, or fluid to the rotating surface.  Our turntables are constructed of aircraft grade aluminum or mild rolled steel.

All components are computer cut and jig welded for accuracy and ease of assembly. Standard top surfaces are plywood, aluminum, or steel - custom surfaces are also available, or can be client installed after . Other available motion options are tilt, trundle, and lift (or any combination).  

Our design  team has been solving special rotational and other motion needs for over 25 years, and is continually updating and refining our standard designs for better performance and longevity.  They, and our dedicated fabrication team of 18 cutters, welders, electricians, and programmers are always looking for new and bigger challenges.  Our history shows what we have done - we'd love to  show you what we can do.
